• Location: Boon Lay

• Working hrs: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Process petty cash and staff expense claims.

• Handle accounts payable and prepare payment schedules.

• Perform invoice processing and three-way matching (PO, delivery order, and invoice).

• Verify invoices and follow up with suppliers or purchasers on any discrepancies.

• Enter accounting data and journals into the D365 accounting system.

• Prepare GST payment information for quarterly GST reporting.

• Monitor outstanding receipts and ensure timely reconciliation before month-end closing.

• Issue Purchase Orders for fixed assets and maintain fixed asset records.

• Assist with annual fixed asset verification and stock take exercises.

• Photocopy and maintain accounting documents and records.

• Support the finance team with general administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or LCCI in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 year of accounting experience.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (D365 experience is an advantage).
