Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring project activities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Act as a liaison between team members, diversed vendors, and stakeholders to communicate updates, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
• Conduct site and factory visits, manage vendor relationships, and propose practical solutions to project challenges to maintain progress and minimize disruptions.
• Plan, organize, and conduct follow-up for meetings, ensuring project logistics are well-coordinated.
• Maintain, organize, and ensure accessibility of all project documents for relevant stakeholders.
• Provide detailed updates and reports to project managers or other stakeholders as required.
• Support senior project managers and coordinators with daily administrative tasks to streamline project operations.
• Assist in planning team goals, managing project schedules, and integrating new information.
• Monitor project issues and risks, escalating them to senior project coordinators or managers when necessary.
• Assist in ensuring quality assurance is upheld throughout the project lifecycle, adhering to organizational standards and expectations.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in project management is required (construction or event management industry), along with a strong passion for project management and problem solving.
• Attention to detail and good organization skills is essential
• Passionate about learning different things with a good attitude, and versatile enough to take on other roles as needed.
• Open for candidates with a diploma or degree in business, project management, construction, event management, or any related field.
• Technology savvy in current technology and software
• Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with diversed stakeholders, clients, and teammates.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Emotional resilience, ability to handle pressure, engaging personality, and willingness to have fun!
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus to communicate with carpenters and China suppliers
