WR7 Manufacturing Hiring! Full Time Purchasing Clerk in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 2,500 - Ricebowl

We are a growing company specializing in furniture manufacturing, joinery works, and interior fit-outs. We are looking for a dedicated Purchasing Clerk to support our procurement activities and ensure a smooth and timely supply of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process purchase orders for raw materials, hardware, fittings, and other supplies.
• Source and compare quotations from suppliers.
• Liaise with vendors to track orders and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, pricing lists, and supplier databases.
• Work closely with production and project teams to ensure material requirements are met.
• Handle administrative tasks related to procurement.

Requirements:

• Experience in purchasing (preferably in furniture, construction, or manufacturing industry). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
