Full Time Machinist 2 Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,300 in UWC Industrial Sdn Bhd - Ricebowl

• Make sure that necessary materials are complete at the Line of responsibility, such as, but not limited to: Metal/ Plastic Bin / Pallet, Sample of Defects, Metal Push and others as may change from time to time as required by needs to make sure Safety of MSs and other working employee and quality of Products;
• Make sure that all MSs under them are competent in setting by following W.I., P.E.I and other standards including Environment, Health and Safety, Security and other standards. Note: Filled-up material lot size for following shift transfer tray shall be placed by the MSs near the record accordingly; Create and perform “agreed” periodic Line Audits on 5-S’, Quality, Environment, Health and Safety.
• Inspects the Production Line so that most of the activities by M.S.s are well guided, including the necessary P.P.E.s. Note: Coordinates with the Supervisor all non-conformance to rules and regulations by the Associates.
• Ensure that all defective Parts for each machines are well accounted, and that all concerns are acted upon by coordinating with their Production Group Leaders and / or Supervisor ; Note: Completeness of MRR shall be checked.
• Make sure the completeness and neatness of each M.S.’s Reports (through Job Cards / Dcapt system), and that Machine Production Boards are updated all the time, including the necessary labels for each machine; Note: Normally updates the Production Team all agreed communications reports; To preform SPC on repetitive processes.
• Generated MMRs (Machine Maintenance Record) is ensured complete, correct, fully documented and agreed with Technicians involved;
• Coordinates with the Production Group Leader or Supervisor any encountered difficulties on performing tasks of the MSs to make sure that Product quality/ quantity, environment, health and safety are improved accordingly;
• During change over jig & fixture and documentation (Cutter tool list, Marked up drawing, Set up sheet/set up Check list / In Process inspection report ) / gauges, all necessary information should be made available to avoid mistakes during set-up and production;
• Arrange finished Products per machine, documents and arrange to its locations, always considering the safety of the products from contaminants Note: Separate location for On-hold Parts, and complete information of the Parts is done in coordination with the Production Group Leader and QA Inspector;
• Endorses to the incoming Shift Leaders (and reports to the Group Leader) all encountered issues and concerns and reports to each end-shift Meetings so that the counterpart is guided accordingly

Job Qualification:

• Machining certification / Diploma certification from an accredited trade college or Vocational school equivalent.
• Minimum working experience >3 years.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
