Job Descriptions:

• Provide administrative support for Nursing Division (Dissemination of operational and circulars to ward and other departments, update Nursing directory, etc)
• Provide administrative and logistical support to achieve effective and efficient classroom operations
• Manage department resources (Maintain supplies, equipment, facilities and procurement process when needed etc)
• Secretariat support for nursing activities /workgroups/projects including management of pre, intra and post event logistics such as scheduling, room reservations, catering, etc
• Provide quality services to internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in providing a safe and supportive learning environment
• Participate and support of major events like conferences, seminars, retreat, and Nurses’ Day celebration and other hospital-wide events

Job Requirements:

• Min GCE 'N' Level onwards
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work with stakeholders at every level
