Responsibilities
We are looking for a
Product Manager
to join an R&D-focused environment and take ownership of products from concept and development through to commercialization and lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead product planning and development activities from
concept through to product launch
.
Define product priorities and drive the development of solutions that meet both customer and business needs.
Gather and analyse
customer feedback, market requirements and industry trends
to identify product opportunities.
Translate customer and market needs into clear
product requirements and development priorities
.
Work closely with R&D and engineering teams to define product specifications, features and roadmap.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders throughout the
product development and launch process
.
Develop product business cases, value propositions and go-to-market plans.
Support product launches, including
product positioning, pricing, sales support and market introduction
.
Identify opportunities for
product enhancements, new applications and portfolio expansion
.
Manage products throughout their lifecycle and support product upgrades, replacement and phase-out activities.
Work with regional and international teams to ensure alignment between
customer requirements, technical capabilities and business objectives
.
Requirements
5+ years of experience
in product management, product development or R&D
Good understanding of
product development processes and lifecycle management
.
Strong ability to understand and translate
technical and customer requirements
into product solutions.
Strong ownership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
