Responsibilities
Handle
daily office administrative tasks
, filing, data entry, and documentation.
Answer
customer enquiries
via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Schedule and coordinate
aircon installation, servicing, repair, and maintenance appointments
.
Assign jobs to technicians and follow up on
job status and completion
.
Maintain customer records, service histories, warranties, and maintenance contracts.
Coordinate with technicians regarding
parts, tools, materials, and site requirements
.
Follow up with customers on quotations, outstanding payments, appointments, and service issues.
Manage inventory records for aircon spare parts and consumables.
Prepare daily/weekly
job schedules and management reports
.
Ensure customer complaints and service requests are properly recorded and followed up.
