Responsibilities
1. Portal & System Development and Maintenance Assist in maintaining, improving and developing the organisation's existing web-based portals and systems, including updating pages, forms, modules, menus, features and system functions as instructed.
2. Coding, Programming & Technical Support Assist with general coding and programming activities, as well as identifying and resolving technical issues involving portals, systems, databases, login/access, system errors, broken functions and other IT-related matters.
3. Database Management & Data Verification Assist with database-related activities, including checking, updating, organising and verifying information used by organisational systems while maintaining proper data accuracy, security and confidentiality.
4. Development of New System Functions Assist in developing new functions, modules, dashboards, reports, online forms, student/staff functions and other system enhancements required by the organisation.
5. AI-Assisted System Development Utilise appropriate Artificial Intelligence tools to assist with coding, troubleshooting, system improvement, interface development, automation and other digital solutions, subject to review and approval before implementation into live systems.
6. User Interface and User Experience Improvement Assist in improving the design, navigation, responsiveness and usability of organisational portals and systems to make them easier for students, lecturers, staff and management to use.
7. Testing, Documentation & Backup Conduct testing before implementing system changes and maintain proper documentation of modifications, source codes, system configurations, procedures, backups and troubleshooting solutions.
8. IT Development & Digital Improvement Projects Support other IT, software development, digitalisation, automation and systemdevelopment projects assigned by the organisation, including researching suitable technologies and proposing practical improvements to existing work processes.
9. Executive & Special Project Support Serve as a supporting technical and administrative assistant to the Chief Executive and provide assistance on IT, systems, digitalisation, data, documentation and other special projects as instructed by the CEO. The trainee may also assist with urgent assignments and management-related tasks where technical or administrative support is required.

Pay: RM500.00 per month
