• Engage with business users and stakeholders to thoroughly understand their reporting needs, data-related challenges, and support analysis (engineering).
• Must be able to establish communications and support end users.
• Analyse existing processes, data sources, and reporting solutions to identify areas forenhancement and provide well-considered recommendations for improvement.
• Must be able to manage database processes and reporting structures
• Extract and analyse data from core business systems such as engineering softwares, CRM,ERP, excel, or operational platforms using SQL or other appropriate methods.
• Validate data accuracy, completeness, consistency; identify gaps or anomalies
• Data entry and routine update of database every week
• Transform raw data into datasets
• Support maintenance of centralised database
• Implement and manage monitoring solutions to proactively address and preventperformance issues
• Conduct daily fault analysis of monitored equipmentProficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages
• Experience working with APIs and system integrations would be advantageous
• Solid understanding of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar), Access, and Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
• Basic understanding of Data Science or Machine Learning concepts
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Monitor daily job statuses and perform troubleshoot
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering,Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in backenddevelopment and system integration

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
