BELL Group Of Companies Hiring! Full Time Junior Purchasing Executive in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

BELL Group is a leading name in the sustainable palm oil milling sector, operating multiple palm oil mills and plantations across the region. We are seeking a proactive and analytical Junior Purchasing Executive to manage mill-level purchasing operations and support our continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Mill Procurement Execution: Handle daily purchase requisitions from mill managers and engineers, ensuring timely issuance of Purchase Orders (POs) for spare parts, maintenance contracts, and consumables.
• Strategic Sourcing & Tendering: Source new local and regional vendors, conduct RFQs (Request for Quotations), and negotiate commercial terms to optimize total cost of ownership.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Mill Managers, Mill Engineers to forecast demand, prevent machinery downtime, and manage critical stock buffers.
• Vendor Performance Evaluation: Monitor vendor performance based on delivery lead time, quality consistency, and pricing competitiveness, maintaining strong and ethical supplier relationships.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and statutory regulations. Prepare periodic procurement and cost reports for management.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Mechanical/Chemical Engineering, or any related field.
• Experience: Fresh grads are welcome; working experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain is an added advantage.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and vendor management skills.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Language: Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin or local dialects would be an added plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
