Warehouse Operator

Job Title: Warehouse Operator

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and record incoming goods and materials.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare goods for delivery.
• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
• Arrange and store products in the correct warehouse locations.
• Perform stock counting and assist with regular inventory checks.
• Update inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.
• Check goods for quantity, quality, and visible damage.
• Prepare delivery orders, packing lists, and other warehouse documents.
• Operate warehouse equipment and machinery safely, where applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the warehouse.
• Follow company procedures for handling, storing, and moving goods.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect stock to the supervisor.
• Assist with stock transfers and warehouse-related activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage.
• Able to perform physical work, including lifting and moving goods.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic computer skills are an advantage.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required.
