Job Description:

• To perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support activities to ensure hardware, equipment, systems, and infrastructure operate efficiently and reliably.
• To ensure all project implementation, maintenance, and service tasks are completed safely, accurately, and within the agreed timeline.
• To provide technical support and problem resolution to customers and internal stakeholders while maintaining high service quality standards.
• To ensure compliance with technical procedures, safety requirements, and company policies during all operational activities.
• To maintain accurate service records, maintenance reports, and technical documentation.
• To support project delivery, equipment commissioning, testing, and handover activities.
• To contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Support project delivery targets and customersatisfaction objectives.
• Contribute to operational efficiency,safety compliance and continous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic) or related technical field.
• Basic knowledge in CCTV, access control, and alarm systems is an advantage.
• Willing to learn and work in a hands-on, site environment.
• Basic technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good attitude, discipline, and teamwork.
