• Warehouse Operations: Manage daily shipping, receiving, sorting, and dispatch processes.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct physical cycle counts, and reconcile data using WMS or ERP systems.
• Logistics & Transportation: Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, select transport carriers, and negotiate freight rates.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise warehouse staff and logistics coordinators.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, facility security protocols, and shipping compliance standards.
• Budget & Efficiency: Track operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), control expenses, and drive cost-saving or automation projects.

Key Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 3 to 5+ years in warehouse, inventory, or logistics management depending on facility scale.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with MRP/ERP software, inventory databases, and modern warehouse automation tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, analytical problem-solving, time management, and clear communication.
