Responsibilities
Looking for experienced Eye Clinic Assistant, preferably with 2-3 years of experience in private practice setting. Those with no experience may apply, we are looking to hire someone with positive and keen to learn attitude.
Job Scope:
1. Perform visual testings in a private ophthalmologist clinic
Visual acuity
B. Auto refractor
C. Air puff tonometry
D. Fundal photography
E. OCT Scans of the optic disc and macula (will be taught)
F. Humphrey visual field perimetry (will be taught)
2. Main role is to assist the ophthalmologist to carry out outpatient clinic by performing basic tests for every patients and advance tests for some patients.
3. To assist in some administrative matters.
4. To cover the roles of nurses and clinic assistants on occasions when they are not available.
