Responsibilities
- Lead project management to plan, coordinate, and deliver product design solutions that achieve business goals
- Provide ongoing customer support during product development and realization to ensure satisfaction and successful project completion
- Conduct detailed cost studies on machining and project tasks to optimize budgets and resource use
- Develop and manage jigs and fixtures for machining operations to improve production accuracy and efficiency
- Negotiate and communicate with subcontractors to secure reliable hardware support for projects
- Enforce and monitor safe operational and handling procedures to uphold workplace safety standards
