Job Summary

Manage on-site technical support, remote support, and infrastructure escalation across locations, providing Level 1 to Level 3 support with advanced network and server troubleshooting and direct user interaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate IT network and infrastructure to ensure stable and secure operations
• Assist in disaster recovery planning and execute recovery procedures to minimize downtime and data loss
• Provide on-site technical support, advice, and training to end users to improve IT proficiency
• Manage remote helpdesk operations to promptly resolve user issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and inventory control for corporate client assets
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Windows, Windows Server, and macOS environments
• Configure and maintain TCP/IP networking, VLANs, DNS/DHCP, and firewall deployments to secure network traffic
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory services to support user and system management
• Utilize ticketing systems to track, prioritize, and resolve IT support requests efficiently
• Deliver fast remote and onsite assistance for software troubleshooting, email and connectivity issues, system performance and updates, printer and peripheral support, system setup and configuration, security patching, hardware replacement, and asset inventory management
• Manage firewall and router configurations, optimize Wi-Fi and VLAN setups, monitor network performance, and enforce security policies

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess certifications such as MCSE/A and experience with Google Workspace
• Demonstrate self-discipline and motivation by working independently, meeting deadlines, and proactively learning new technologies
• Exhibit reliability and accountability by managing issues from initial report through to final resolution
• Maintain calmness under pressure to effectively manage IT incidents
• 1-2 years relevant experience
