Job Summary

We are looking for a technically strong and self-driven Senior Programmer to manage the development, maintenance and enhancement of our in-house CRM and ATS system. The role requires strong technical expertise, independent problem-solving and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, migration, maintenance and enhancement of in-house CRM & ATS using technologies including Vue 3, TypeScript, .NET 10, AngularJS and MS SQL Server.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including identifying root causes and implementing practical solutions.
• Manage system enhancements, reports, data extraction and integrations with third-party and internal systems such as APIs, e-signature platforms, SMS providers and SAP Business One.
• Work closely with internal and regional stakeholders to understand requirements and translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Independently prioritise and manage multiple tasks from requirements through development, testing and implementation.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate processes and leverage AI and emerging technologies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant software development experience, preferably with web-based, CRM, ATS or business systems.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong frontend and backend development skills with .NET/C#, Vue.js, TypeScript, AngularJS and MS SQL Server.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, web services and system integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical users.
• Self-driven and organised, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
