Job Description (Duties & Responsibilities)

• Design and simulate AC/DC circuits, control circuits, and communication protocols.

• Assemble, wire, and carry out mechanical modifications on custom enclosures.

• Contribute to solution improvement, improvisation, and innovation projects.

• Handle documentation and reporting for projects, BOMs, and procedures.

• Liaise with customers and suppliers to lead projects and drive execution.

• Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams during engagements.

• Support operational issues and quality improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements (Qualifications & Experience)

Required Experience (Must Have)

• Core: 3+ years of combined experience in hardware and circuitry design, firmware, and physical assembly.

• Microcontroller programming: Hands-on experience with C/C++ (Arduino/Raspberry Pi ecosystems).

• Proficient in closed-loop systems and sensors (e.g., pressure, temperature, gyro, proximity).

• Skilled in using soldering irons, crimpers, DMMs, logic analyzers, and oscilloscopes; capable of reading and producing electrical wiring drawings.

• Results-oriented, able to multitask, and a self-starter. Passionate about developing innovative hardware engineering solutions.

Added Advantages

• Experience with design software such as CAD/SolidWorks.

• Experience with high-speed transmission and RF circuits.

• Experience with wire heating elements, thermoelectric coolers (TECs), and SSRs is a plus.

• PLCs: Any programming experience with Beckhoff TwinCAT, Siemens TIA Portal, or equivalent.

• MEMS: Knowledge of Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems design and control.

• Experience with optics and vision systems is advantageous.

• Experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Education

• Degree: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, System, or Mechatronics Engineering
