M&E Engineer Recruitment

Mechanical Engineer – 1 Position | Electrical Engineer – 1 Position

Due to the expansion of our M&E projects in Malaysia, LINNOVIA SDN. BHD. is looking for experienced Mechanical and Electrical Engineers to join our team.

1. Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of relevant M&E engineering experience;

* Fluent English is mandatory – candidates must be able to communicate independently with clients, main contractors, consultants, and site teams in English;

* Able to independently read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents;

* Able to perform Quantity Take-Off (QTO) from drawings;

* Able to prepare BOQ, Material Take-Off, Material Lists, and quotation-related documents;

* Able to prepare and manage project documentation;

* Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software;

* Good understanding of M&E installation and site construction procedures;

* Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills;

* Willing to work on project sites and travel when required.

2. Preferred Experience

Candidates with Data Center experience are highly preferred.

Experience in the following industries will be an advantage:

* Data Centers

* Semiconductor Facilities

* Industrial Factories

* Cleanrooms

* M&E Installation Projects

3. Mechanical Engineer – 1 Position

Experience in the following systems will be preferred:

* HVAC Systems

* AHU / FCU

* CRAH / CRAC

* Chilled Water Systems

* Ductwork

* Piping

* Mechanical Equipment Installation

The candidate should be capable of independently reading mechanical drawings, performing quantity take-offs, preparing material lists, BOQ, and project documentation.

4. Electrical Engineer – 1 Position

Experience in the following systems will be preferred:

* LV Electrical Systems

* Power Distribution

* Lighting Systems

* Cable & Cable Tray

* Conduit

* Electrical Equipment

* Electrical Installation

The candidate should be capable of independently reading electrical drawings, performing quantity take-offs, preparing material lists, BOQ, and project documentation.

5. Work Location

Malaysia

Candidates may be required to work at different project sites according to project requirements.

6. Salary

Salary is negotiable based on experience, technical capability, and interview performance.

Candidates with Data Center experience, strong technical skills, and excellent English communication skills will be offered competitive remuneration.
