1. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
a. Possess a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or other related qualifications recognized by the Government;
b. Age between 22 and 35 years old;
c. Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word;
d. Possess knowledge of building maintenance.
2. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets;
- Support the preparation of initial project cost estimates;
- Assist in preparing project budgets and ensuring that they are adhered to throughout the project;
- Assist in the preparation of Tender Documents;
- Support the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ);
- Assist in the preparation of tender and procurement documents;
- Assist in reviewing and analysing tender documents submitted by contractors/subcontractors;
- Assist in reviewing and evaluating quotations submitted by bidders;
- Assist in the selection of contractors/subcontractors based on pricing and qualifications;
- Assist in preparing and reviewing draft contracts;
- Ensure that all terms and conditions are complied with by all parties involved;
- Assist in preparing project financial and cash flow reports;
- Assist in reviewing and verifying payment claims submitted by contractors;
- Assist in conducting site measurements of actual work quantities;
- Assist in calculating quantities for interim and final payments;
- Assist in preparing reports on variation orders;
- Assist in evaluating additional payment claims submitted by contractors;
- Assist in preparing project progress reports, cost reports, and final project reports;
- Understand and comply with contract laws, construction-related legislation (such as the CIDB Act), and applicable industry standards.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
