Job Responsibility:

• To manage the Back end assembly line.
• Plan and organize manpower and resources to maximize the manufacturing operations efficiency and cost effectiveness s/ especially in a High Mix Low Volume production.
• Monitor work in progress and analyze production schedules & material usage to determine the ability to meet the build plan.
• Able to plan and ensure meet the customers demand and on time delivery to customer.
• Implementing and enforcing quality control measures to ensure the final product meets customer and industry standards.
• Estimate labour, material and machining requirements to determine production schedules.
• Ensure that production leaders and operators are appropriately trained to carry out their daily activities that may create a significant impact to the environment.
• Identifying and addressing production issues or bottlenecks to maintain workflow and reduce downtime.
• Work closely with other departments such as quality control and engineering to ensure smooth production operations.

Experience and Skills:

• Minimum Diploma any field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as Production Supervisor managing SMT Line or Back end Assembly in an Electronics Manufacturing Services Industry especially in a High Mix Low Volume production.
• Strong knowledge of production management, quality control, and inventory management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
