• Manage hiring operations to include the full recruitment process and lifecycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and competitive offers and sourcing support for critical roles. Identify recruitment current and futule talent acquisition needs and develop cohesive, regional and target gmup-oriented talent acquisition strategies. Drive standardization of the lvcruitment process and suppolting tools.

• Increase overall employer brand awareness on the external Talent market to attract the best talent.
• Represent the company as 'employer of choice' to the external labor market and maintain strong relationship to external partners.
• Provide staffing expertise, advice and counsel to senior management and all levels within the organization on a variety of staffing issues.
• Get senior management involved in setting strategic objectives and gaining their active support for global/regional initiatives as an essential pre-tequisite for achieving the company's gtowth objectives.
• Candidates who are able to speak, read, and write Mandarin will have an added advantage

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
