We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team and support customer service and daily operational activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, coordinating service requirements, following up on job progress, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Respond to customer enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle, record and follow up on customer complaints and feedback.
• Coordinate customer requirements with Operations, Maintenance, Purchasing, Accounts and other relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate customer records, correspondence and follow-up reports.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and support customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
