Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and hardworking Barista to join our team. The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining product quality, and ensuring a clean and pleasant environment for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and beverage equipment.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and beverage quality.
• Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and work area.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and other beverage ingredients.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
• Work closely with the Front of House and Kitchen teams.
• Assist with other cafe duties when required.

Requirements:

• Previous barista or F&B experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
