MCCT SDN BHD Hiring! Full Time Drafter - CAD Designer in Selangor - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site measurements and assist with site surveys for HT, LV, and ELV systems when required.
• Prepare and update technical drawings, Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), layout drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD.
• Assist the engineering team in preparing load schedules, drawing revisions, and technical documentation.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, company standards, and relevant ST, MS/IEC, and client requirements.
• Support tender submissions by preparing drawing packages, material layouts, and drafting revisions.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure drawings reflect actual site requirements.
• Update drawings based on site feedback, design changes, and Variation Orders (VOs).
• Prepare as-built drawing submissions, O&M documentation, and maintain proper drawing and document control.
• Support the Company's Quality Management System (QMS) by maintaining accurate engineering records and documentation.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management or the Board of Directors (BOD).

Job Requirements

• Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience as a CAD Designer/Drafter in electrical or M&E contracting projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to prepare and interpret electrical layout drawings, Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Basic understanding of HT, LV, and ELV systems and electrical construction practices.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per hour
