Sales Support / Sales Coordinator

• Monday-Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm // Saturday 8.30am-12.30pm
• After confirmed entitled to alternate Saturday
• Basic: $2,500 - $3,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Working Location: Woodlands
• Duration: Permanent Role

• Requirements:

• Prefer 2 years of relevant experience as sales support, no experience is welcome as well.
• Experience in application program such as Microsoft Windows, Excel and others.

Job Scopes:

• Handle day-to-day sales administration such as processing orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Sales Coordination
• Coordinate with Shipping department on order delivery
• Quick response to customer's inquiries, claims and other related questions
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
• Follow up with clients on the offer and delivery
• Follow up with agents for delivery note retrieval
