We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to market and grow our conveyancing and related services.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and achieve sales/revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, banks, mortgage brokers and real estate agents.
• Promote the firm's services and generate new leads.
• Represent the firm professionally and maintain strong industry relationships.

Requirements

• Experience in real estate and/or conveyancing, preferably with experience dealing with banks and agents.
• Proven sales or business development track record.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven, proactive and commercially minded.
• Organised, resourceful and able to multitask and work independently.
