Responsibilities
The Executive (Marine HR – Planning) is a pivotal role within EPS’s Marine HR team in Singapore, serving as the primary point of contact for all Marine HR matters related to assigned vessels. You will support Marine HR Managers across recruitment, crew scheduling, performance management, and manpower planning ensuring that the right seafarers are on board, fully compliant, and well supported. This is a hands-on role that keeps EPS’s fleet moving by connecting the dots between our shore teams, manning offices, and seafarers worldwide.
