• Perform in-process quality inspections during production.
• Check products against specifications, drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Conduct measurements using tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, height gauges, and other inspection equipment.
• Assist in root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections where required.
• Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality requirements.
• Identify and record defects, abnormalities, and non-conformances.
• Segregate and control NG/rejected products to prevent mixing with good products.

Job Requirement :

• Qualification SPM or higher
• Experience in QA/QC or manufacturing inspection is an advantage.
• Able to read engineering drawings and specifications.
• Familiar with measuring instruments and inspection methods.
• Basic knowledge of 7 QC tools, SPC, 5 Why, and defect analysis is useful.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
