We are seeking a bright, well-organized, and customer-oriented Salon Receptionist to be the warm first point of contact for our clients. You will manage daily front-desk operations, handle appointments, and ensure that every guest enjoys a seamless and luxurious salon experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional front-desk hospitality.

Manage appointment scheduling via phone, messaging apps, and booking systems efficiently.

Handle client check-ins, check-outs, and billing transactions accurately.

Address client inquiries regarding salon services, pricing, and promotional packages professionally.

Maintain the neatness and presentation of the reception and waiting area.

Coordinate with stylists and assistants to ensure smooth salon flow and timely service.

Requirements & Qualifications:

No prior experience required; training will be provided for candidates with a strong willingness to learn.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
