About the Role

As a Production Assistant, you will support Manufacturing Operations by performing production activities, material handling, inventory control, and equipment preparation to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production processes. You will play an important role in delivering high-quality products while maintaining workplace safety, quality standards, and operational excellence.



What You'll Do

• Perform production operations according to established procedures and work instructions.
• Weigh, prepare, and handle raw materials for manufacturing activities.
• Prepare, set up, and maintain production and laboratory equipment.
• Carry out sterilization, autoclaving, and media preparation processes.
• Perform manual and machine-assisted dispensing, packaging, and storage of finished products.
• Complete batch records and production documentation accurately and on time.
• Receive, inspect, store, and track raw materials and inventory.
• Conduct stock counts and report inventory discrepancies to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment, including equipment cleaning and waste disposal.
Follow all safety, quality, and compliance requirements and perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Secondary School Diploma, SPM, or equivalent qualification required.
• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or laboratory environment preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow written work instructions in English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to accurately complete production records and documentation.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious approach to work.
• Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and perform routine physical tasks.
