Job Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and control LLDPE and PP extrusion processes to meet product specifications and performance standards.
• Set up extrusion lines, including die settings, temperature profiles, screw speed, and material handling parameters.
• Monitor production performance, analyze process data, and identify opportunities for yield, efficiency, and quality improvement.
• Troubleshoot extrusion issues such as gauge variation, melt instability, surface defects, or material inconsistency.
• Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve process and equipment-related issues.
• Ensure extrusion operations comply with quality standards, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Support trials, new material evaluations, and process validation activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and process reports.

Job Requirement

• Degree in Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
• Experience in handling chemical, polymer related has an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience or strong knowledge of LLDPE/PP extrusion processes.
• Understanding of extrusion equipment, process parameters, and quality control methods.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and support production operations.
• Knowledge of safety and quality management systems is an advantage.
