Job Summary

Lead daily operations by assigning tasks, monitoring workflow, training staff, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Communicate effectively between management and team to support productivity and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks and adjust schedules or staffing to meet operational goals
• Monitor workflow progress and address minor performance issues promptly
• Train new hires and provide hands-on coaching to ensure adherence to company policies and safety protocols
• Inspect work areas for safety hazards and maintain equipment readiness to support smooth operations
• Resolve day-to-day operational problems to minimize disruptions
• Relay instructions from management to the team and provide feedback from the floor to leadership

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or vocational training in a relevant field is a plus
• Proven experience in a team-lead, senior staff, or supervisory role
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
