1. ENSURE OVERALL HYGIENE & HOUSEKEEPING OPERATION COMPLY WITH COMPANY STANDARD AND PROCEDURES

 Ensure and maintain a good hygienic standard and procedures have been practicing all the time

 Ensure and maintain appropriates standard of conduct, dress code and appearance to project the image of the Resort

 Direct and supervise housekeeping services

 Make frequent checks and inspection on the guest room and the external floor areas

2. ENSURE PROVISION OF EFFICIENCY GUEST LAUNDRY, LAUNDRY OF LINEN AND STAFF UNIFORMS

 Provide direction and supervision of staff

 Liaise with main contractors on provision of laundry service

 Provide and handle staff uniforms and its replacement

3. ENSURE OVERALL MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC AREAS AND MEMBERS CHANGING ROOMS

 Direct and supervise public area, members changing room services

 Make frequent checks and inspection on the maintenance of

 Public areas and members changing rooms

4. MINIMIZE ON OVERALL DEPARTMENTS EXPENDITURES

 Budget preparation and expenditures control

 Control stock, authorize within established limits required supplies and/or replacements

5. ENSURE DEPARTMENT’S DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY

 Effectively schedule shifts and allocating work

 Resolve operational problems

 Oversee the provision training to subordinates

 Evaluate key subordinates’ performance

 Develop good employee relations

 Resolve personnel problems referred

 Gather information to complete statistical records and operating costs

 Coordinate the Housekeeping Dept’s activities and cooperate with other departments in order that the operation runs smoothly and fulfil the organization’s objectives.

6. CONTRIBUTE TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF GOODWILL WITH GUEST

 Resolve guests’ complaints on department’s services

 Work closely with other departments in meeting guest’s requirement

7. PROVIDE SUPPORT TO THE GROUP LEVEL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

 Provide feasibility study, develop and restructure the actual and new

 project of Housekeeping Department

 Design and develop housekeeping group training programs

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
