Job Description:

• Arrange flight ticket and hotel bookings for staff, visitors, or business trips.
• Manage company hostel accommodation, including room allocation, maintenance coordination, and monitoring occupancy records.
• Assist in foreign worker documentation, including work permits, visa applications, renewals, and ensure compliance with government regulations.
• Arrange transportation for employees, visitors, or official company purposes.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field. (fresh graduates may be considered).
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin with excellent written & communication skills.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking Auditors from China.
• Relevant experiences and exposures on the following human resource functions:

• Employee Relations
• Must be strong in self-discipline with positive working attitude
• Preferably Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
