Grandee Beverages Hiring! Full Time Sales Executive in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 7,000 - Ricebowl

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers across on-trade and off-trade channels.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, market research, and customer visits.
• Conduct product presentations, tastings, demonstrations, and promotional activities to increase product awareness and drive sales.
• Manage the full sales process, from prospecting and quotation to order placement, delivery coordination, and after-sales follow-up.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs through effective account management and business development.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and promotional arrangements with customers and distributors in accordance with company guidelines.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits, customer meetings, tastings, and promotional activities to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt follow-up and effective solutions.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and performance updates, including customer activities, sales progress, and market insights.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification with at least 1 year of sales experience.
• Experience in FMCG, wine, beverage, or related industries will be an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English; ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and positive, with a strong willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
• Willing to travel and work outside normal office hours when required.
• Passionate about sales and customer engagement, and comfortable with product tasting.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
