CTRL Digital is a marketing studio building brand and content strategy for fast-growing consumer brands in Singapore. We work across social-first storytelling, campaign content, and creative direction helping brands find the ideas that make people stop scrolling.

Our team works closely and directly with each brand we partner with, moving quickly from concept to execution without the layers that slow larger agencies down.

We're looking for someone with some experience in videography and/or photography who's confident behind the camera and wants to keep growing in it.

This role is built around shooting, bringing campaign concepts and brand vision to life on location. You'll be working closely with our creative team, and we genuinely want your input along the way: ideas on framing, moments worth capturing, or angles we haven't thought of are always welcome. This is as much a chance to grow your own creative voice and build your portfolio with real brand work as it is a shooting role.

What you'll do

• Operate the camera for photo and video shoots across our client brands (product, lifestyle, event content)
• Bring campaign briefs and creative direction to life on location
• Capture with social platforms in mind (hooks, close-ups, usable b-roll)
• Contribute ideas and input on shoots
• Hand off organised footage promptly for editing

What we need from you

• Some real hands-on experience shooting photo and/or video, doesn't need to be professional-level, but genuine, demonstrable experience
• Curiosity and a point of view: someone who wants to bring ideas to the table, not just follow a shot list
• Willingness to learn and grow into the role over time
• Based in Singapore, able to travel to shoot locations
• Reliable and collaborative
