Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

·        New sales acquisition for renovation projects.

·        Actively pursue and convert sales through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.

·        Set costs and project fees according to budget.

·        Preparation of design consultations, proposals, and sales quotations based on clients’ requirements.

·        Undertake and manage sales process throughout from consultation to project completion.

Client Consultation & Relationship Building

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

·        Collaborate and conduct consultations with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budgets.

·        Provide personalized interior design recommendations based on client presences and budget.

Sales Reporting & Analysis

·        Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and project status.

·        Manage client contracts, invoices, and other administrative tasks related to sales.

Requirements

·        All Education Levels.

·        At least 1 year experience in sales or/with related design.

·        Passionate about design and connecting with clients.

·        Positive working attitude, sales-driven, highly self-motivated.

·        Able to work independently.

·        Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

·        Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
