About the role
SNT Enterprise Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of our construction projects in the Singapore area. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation and risk management strategies
Coordinating and supervising the work of cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors and subcontractors
Monitoring project progress and identifying and resolving any issues or delays
Ensuring compliance with all relevant construction regulations, safety protocols and quality standards
Arranging construction site jobs daily
Reading construction drawing
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site coordinator or site manager in the Singapore construction industry (residential building work)
Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, materials , M & E and equipment
Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
Excellent project management, communication and problem-solving skills
Thorough understanding of relevant construction regulations and safety requirements
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Skill in Project Management, Construction Management or a related field
