Job Description

Provide professional support and advice on property development projects, from initial planning and feasibility through development and completion. The role involves coordinating with consultants, contractors, authorities, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

. Support the planning and development of new and existing property projects.

. Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and development assessments.

. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, government authorities, and project stakeholders.

. Monitor project costs, timelines, quality, and development progress.

. Prepare reports and provide professional recommendations to management.

Requirements

. Diploma or degree in Real Estate, Property Development, Business, Construction, or a related field.

. Experience in property development, real estate, project management, or a related industry.

. Good understanding of property development processes and market trends.

. Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

. Able to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Pay: $7,500.00 - $11,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 per week
