Location: 1Utama, Petaling Jaya Malaysia

Salary:

Full time Rate: RM 2,500

Working days: 6 Days Work Week / Shifting Hours

Overview:

Join our culinary team as a Commis 3, supporting the kitchen team with daily preparation, cleaning, and general kitchen operations. This role is ideal for someone who is willing to learn, work as a team, and handle various kitchen tasks.

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist with basic food preparation such as washing, cutting, chopping, and portioning.
• Support chefs and kitchen staff with daily kitchen operations.
• Assist with dishwashing, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen hygiene.
• Ensure ingredients, utensils, and equipment are properly stored and organized.
• Assist with receiving and storing food supplies.
• Support the team during busy service periods and handle other kitchen duties as assigned.

Job Specifications:

• Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
• Willing to perform various all-around kitchen duties.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and comfortable standing for long hours.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Malaysian citizens or those with the legal right to work in Malaysia are encouraged to apply.
