Job Responsibility

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in wholesale, retail, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, catering companies, distributors, and other potential channels.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations, orders, and sales follow-ups.
• Monitor daily sales activities and ensure timely delivery and fulfilment of customer orders.
• Develop and maintain a strong customer and sales pipeline.
• Monitor sales performance, customer purchasing patterns, and market demand.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales through new products, new customers, and new distribution channels.
• Develop partnerships with supermarkets, retailers, restaurants, hotels, wholesalers, distributors, and corporate customers.
• Conduct customer visits and market surveys to identify new business opportunities.
• Explore opportunities for expanding the company's product range and distribution network.
