Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee the hotel's end-to-end finance operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Manage monthly closing, P&L reporting, budgeting and rolling financial forecasts.
- Track financial performance and provide insights on variances, risks and areas for improvement.
- Drive effective cost management across the hotel, including Food & Beverage and operational expenses.
- Maintain strong controls over revenue, expenditure, cash flow, purchasing and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax and company financial requirements.
- Work closely with the General Manager and department heads on budgeting, financial planning and business performance.
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, government agencies and other external stakeholders.
- Lead and develop the Finance team, ensuring high standards of performance and accountability.
- Provide commercial and financial advice to management to support business decisions and improve profitability.
