Role

The Sales Gallery Host serves as the ambassador of the Aman Residences Sales Gallery, delivering an exceptional and personalized experience for all visitors. As the first point of contact for prospective purchasers, residence owners, business partners, and distinguished guests, this role is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and seamless environment that reflects Aman’s commitment to excellence, discretion, and world-class service.

Combining guest relations, hospitality, administrative coordination, and sales gallery operations, the Sales Gallery Host ensures the gallery is maintained to the highest standards at all times. The role provides ongoing support to the Residential Sales team through administrative and operational assistance while fostering meaningful client interactions and ensuring every guest journey is handled with professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional, and personalized welcome to all visitors, acting as the first ambassador of the Aman Residences Sales Gallery.
• Create exceptional guest experiences by anticipating client needs and providing attentive hospitality throughout all visits and appointments.
• Ensure all guest interactions reflect Aman’s standards of excellence, discretion, professionalism, and service.
• Maintain the Sales Gallery, reception area, meeting rooms, and client spaces to the highest standards of presentation at all times.
• Coordinate meeting room set-ups, refreshments, and special arrangements to ensure seamless client meetings and events.
• Manage inventory of office supplies, pantry items, and stationery, coordinating replenishment and vendor support as required.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Residential Sales team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and general administrative activities for members of the Residences team.
• Manage incoming calls, correspondence, courier deliveries, documentation, and general enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Support the planning and execution of client events, sales presentations, property viewings, and gallery activations, ensuring a seamless and memorable client journey.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, luxury retail, customer service, reception, concierge, front office, or a similar guest-facing role preferred.
• Experience working with high-profile clients or within a luxury environment would be advantageous.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are beneficial.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Polished personal presentation and professional manner.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Service-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
