Talent Placement Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Talent Placement Executive to connect skilled candidates with the right opportunities while building and sustaining client relationships to secure job orders. This role combines candidate placement delivery with client engagement, ensuring a smooth and impactful experience for both employers and candidates.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from profiling and shortlisting to interviews and onboarding.
• Represent GSP to clients, aligning their workforce needs with our talent pool.
• Secure and manage job orders that support placement outcomes.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing placement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal training and career development teams to ensure candidates are market ready.
• Represent GSP at client meetings, events and stakeholder engagements.
• Track placement progress and provide regular updates to senior management.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in a recruitment agency or staffing services environment.
• Proven track record in business development, client acquisition or sales.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment and talent acquisition process.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: RM3,000 - RM4,000/month
