Responsibilities
Job Title: Interior Designer (Design & Project Coordination)
Job Hours: 5 Days, 9.30am to 6.30pm
Job Location: Tampines
The Opportunity:
Join a Singapore interior and spatial design studio with residential and commercial fit-out projects
Work in a design-focused environment where attention to detail and thoughtful spatial solutions matter
Suitable for fresh graduates with a strong portfolio or designers with relevant experience
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in developing interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects
Prepare space plans, furniture layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings using AutoCAD
Translate design concepts and client requirements into clear and accurate technical drawing sets
Assist with mood boards, material palettes, finishes selections and design presentations
Revise drawings and design information based on project requirements, design development and feedback
Support site measurements, site visits and design documentation where required
Coordinate with senior designers, contractors, suppliers and project teams on drawing and design-related matters
Maintain proper filing and organisation of drawings, materials, project documents and design references
Keep updated on current interior design trends, materials, finishes and spatial planning ideas
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Spatial Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or related discipline
Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply
Candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant interior design or design-and-build experience will have an advantage
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is required
Able to prepare clear technical drawings, including plans, elevations and basic detailing
Knowledge of SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D rendering software or material sourcing will be an advantage
