Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market growth.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer and corporate account base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and business accounts.
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to drive business decisions.
Manage sales forecasts, budgets, targets, and performance reports.
Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to develop promotions, events, and revenue-generating initiatives.
Lead negotiations with corporate clients, event organizers, and business partners.
Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while maintaining company standards and profitability.
