Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day office operations, administrative budgets, procurement, vendor contracts, and workplace safety;
High diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management or a related field preferred
Directly manage and guide the receptionist, housing keeping, and company driver(s) to ensure top-quality front-desk, pantry, and executive transport services;
Source, negotiate, and maintain office and employee dormitory leases;
Handle end-to-end applications, renewals, and compliance for foreign worker permits ;
Manage the complete lifecycle—application, tracking, document preparation, and timely renewal—of all construction licenses, permits, and technical certifications;
Help to execute annual dinners, company outings, team building and ESG activities
Key Requirements
10 years of office administration experience with experience in construction/ engineering sector will be preferred;
Proven track record supervising drivers, reception, and housekeeping staff;
Hands-on experience with work permits, visas, and immigration procedures;
Demonstrated experience in commercial and dormitory lease negotiation;
Familiarity with government/construction licensing and business registration;
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication.
