AP Online Jobs is a licensed foreign worker recruitment agency with 18 years of experience serving Malaysian employers across manufacturing, construction, plantation, F&B, and other sectors. We connect businesses with reliable foreign manpower solutions, handling everything from sourcing to permit and levy processes.

About the Role
We're looking for confident, persuasive Telemarketers to reach out to Malaysian employers and introduce our foreign worker recruitment services. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, generating leads and setting appointments for our consultant/sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to Malaysian businesses to introduce our foreign worker recruitment services
  • Identify companies with manpower needs and qualify leads
  • Clearly explain our services: sourcing countries, industries covered, levy/permit assistance, etc.
  • Schedule appointments or follow-ups for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM/lead tracker daily
  • Follow up on warm leads and build relationships with prospective clients
  • Meet daily/weekly call and appointment-setting targets

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM; Diploma/Degree an advantage
  • 1+ year experience in telemarketing, telesales, or cold calling (B2B preferred)
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin an advantage
  • Confident phone manner, strong persuasion skills
  • Basic Excel skills for lead tracking
  • Target-driven, resilient, comfortable with cold outreach
  • Knowledge of foreign worker quota/levy process is a plus (training provided)
