Job Description
As a Compliance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Review, enhance and maintain policies and procedures to align with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct compliance monitoring and transaction reviews to support effective risk management and control processes.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and assist in managing audit-related activities and remediation actions.
- Deliver training and awareness programmes on regulatory obligations, internal policies and ethical conduct.
- Support business management initiatives and participate in departmental projects as assigned.
The Successful Applicant A successful Compliance Manager should have:
- Degree holder in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in compliance, audit or a related control function, preferably within private banking, wealth management business.
- Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin with solid proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
